Command A Plus extends the Command A family into a sparse mixture-of-experts model with image input. Cohere describes it as its first MoE model and names agentic tasks, reasoning, translation, and support for 48 languages. The model has 218 billion total parameters and 25 billion active parameters.
Cohere's current documentation lists 128,000 context tokens and up to 64,000 output tokens. For open-source deployment, it names Apache 2.0 and a target configuration of W4A4 on one B200 or two H100s. That hardware statement applies to the documented W4A4 configuration.
